Comfortable beds, hot showers, easy kitchen set-up. Location is a walkable area for groceries, coffee, dining and shopping plus an easy drive for sightseeing in the Raleigh area. It’s great to have a parking space right outside the door and it’s nice to have the back deck to sit and relax. It’s our second time there we are already picking dates for next year. ##### Janet W. We had a super time in this tastefully renovated, upgraded, centrally located, charming, and comfortable apartment. The apartment was well appointed and immaculate. Beautifully decorated with amazing wood floors. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. LOVED the 3rd half bath on the first floor. That was a real treat. We so enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Stephen and Will were right on the spot when the fan on the HVAC had a bit of an issue. Repaired in no time and we were back in business. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area. ##### Jan N.
