We decided to head inland and wanted somewhere where we could get a mix of nature and excitement and this was the perfect spot. The back yard overlooking the lake is beautiful and relaxing, and it was just a few minutes from downtown Raleigh and a short distance to some great hiking trails. Abigail was a great communicator and also arranged for us to check in early, which was a huge help as we had our 4 year old son and dog with us and had spent a lot of time in the car. For our conference, we opted to not stay at the host hotel and that was the best decision!! This property had everything we needed and the backyard and deck was able to accommodate visiting guests!! Grilling outside with lake view was awesome!! Very convenient to convention center. ##### Airren D.
