Beds are comfortable and house although small has most of the basics (although make sure you bring a sponge for the kitchen, dish soap and extra paper towels, and toilet paper, you get the minimum). Also if you drink caffeinated coffee make sure you bring your own (only decaf). One of the biggest issue was that the house is adjacent to a freeway and right behind a busy road so there is a lot of noise both inside and outside all the time. The rates were very reasonable and our stay was comfortable. The location is great for easy access to the university but it is very close to the freeway and you can hear the traffic noise. We are big city people so it was not a huge issue but it would be nice to know ahead of time. Spending time outside is not as enjoyable when you hear the constant roar of traffic. ##### Deborah W. My wife and our 2 dogs were in town for a long weekend to explore Durham's restaurants, local hikes and museums. The back yard is fenced and a big plus for our 2 dogs. It is close to so many food options, Duke, and downtown Durham, and it is right off the highway. Quiet neighborhood that is easy to walk around and get to some parks. The fenced in backyard was great to let my dog roam and play with him. Really enjoyed my stay and if I ever need a place in the Durham area again, I hope to stay here again! ##### Ben M. The home is located close to playgrounds, parks and trails with easy access to I85 as well.
