Great location and host
This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.

I loved my stay! I’m pretty picky about where I stay so I had high expectations and they were all met. Very, very clean. I used to clean houses, so I know the ways people cut corners to give the impression that its clean when its not actually clean. The owner contacted me back very fast! The neighborhood was super cute, I felt really safe staying there. There was plenty of light as well as plenty of ways to keep the room private. There was a binder on the counter that tells you all of the information you need to know in a concise way.

Avenged Sevenfold Raleigh 2024
I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.

Neat to have a cool little studio like this as a rentable property! Note to Expedia users: The confirmation email said that I would receive communication from the host before my arrival, but I think that must have gotten lost somewhere along the way. I was on the phone with Expedia multiple times on the way to the property, and they were of absolutely zero help. No one could figure it out. I had to look up the host to find his contact info because it was not provided by Expedia. You may be off renting this directly on Vrbo.

Absolutely great little Gem Hidden in plain sight. Perfect for a trip to North Carolina, close to downtown and most main highways. The Host were spot on with the details and personal touches. Lots of thought went into the design that you will appreciate.
