This bright and inviting duplex home is part of the duplex sharing its roots with a sister unit that has welcomed travelers for years. Unit A is ready to offer the same sense of warmth and convenience, with its own unique character and stylish touches inspired by local craftsmanship. Keep in mind, you can rent unit B to host a larger group.

The home offers two private queen suites upstairs, each designed with comfort in mind. Both bedrooms are spacious, equipped with smart TVs, and paired with en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Parking Instructions:   
This unit (A) unit will need to utilize public street parking just in front of the duplex. There is enough space to fit 2 regular sized vehicles in the front of the property. Other street parking is available on Fargo Street as well. Just know this is public parking in which neighbors regularly use. Recommended to utilize additional parking in spaces more towards the roundabout, if needed.  
  
Duplex Etiquette: This is Unit A of a duplex, and Unit B may have other guests. Please be considerate of the boundaries between the units on the roof and back patio.  
  
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.  
  
Pets (Dogs Only):  
  
Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.  
  
Please include your dog(s) in the guest count when booking, as per Airbnb policy.  
  
There\`s a limit of two dogs (2) per stay.  
  
You are responsible for picking up all dog waste on the property. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee.  
  
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. A $300 fee will be charged for non-compliance, plus an additional charge for each guest exceeding the house occupancy limit of seven (7).  
  
Scheduled Services: Landscaping, trash, recycling, and pest control services are utilized during the week. Please allow these teams access to the exterior of the house to complete their scheduled work.  
  
Post-Checkout Inspection: After your checkout, the property will be cleaned and inspected for any damages, excessive wear and tear, or extra cleaning/laundry needs.  
  
Additional Charges: Any extra charges incurred for cleaning, maintenance, or damages will be charged to you.  
  
Check-in/Check-out Times:  
  
Check-out time is 11:00 AM sharp, unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.  
  
We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs due to our professional cleaning schedule.  
  
Failure to check out on time will result in a $120 fee.  
  
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant and well-cared-for property for all our guests! If you have any questions, please don\`t hesitate to ask.
