The neighborhood is up and coming. Currently the street is under construction but nothing that limits access. The only note I would add is that they take the number of guests very seriously. I made the mistake of not reading the entire contract and did not see a problem with having 2 extra guests. That lack of awareness on my part cost me 225\.
