Un petit hôtel accueillant
Hôtel accueillant et personnel très sympa. Attention, il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel. Vous trouverez un petit self service juste à côté de l'accueil assez bien achalandé, d'autant plus que les chambres sont équipées de four et micro onde. L'hôtel organise également une sorte de "pot de réception" entre 17 et 19 heures. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très copieux et garni. Enfin, même si l'hôtel n'a pas de service de location de voiture, il met à votre disposition une navette pour vous emmener vers le loueur le plus proche.

Très bien situé et convivial
Hôtel très bien situé à 1 min à pieds du centre du campus d'une grande entreprise allemande. Les suites disposent d'une cuisine complète, d'un salon, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. Petit déjeuner et dîner (de 17h à 19h du lundi au jeudi) sont offerts, et d'une qualité acceptable. La première chambre qui m'a été proposée donnait sur les sorties de la climatisation de l'hôtel (bruyant...), mais j'ai pu apprécier un très bon service de la part du personnel de l'hôtel qui a répondu rapidement à ma demande de changement.

We were really impressed by this hotel. We travel frequently, but it was our first time with this chain. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific. Customer service was fabulous. Will look for other Homewood Suites to try.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional and they were very welcoming to my dog and myself. They were very helpful when I had questions. It was just an amazing stay and I would definitely come back especially since the nail spa that I went to did an amazing job on my nails and I might need to come back for a fill-in. The nail shop is called Bliss Nails and Spa if anyone is wondering

The property needs a total makeover. I think the hotel is at least thirty years old and it shows. Breakfast meal could be better.

The room had a horrible smell and the property has really gone down hill since we stayed her the last time. We had to spray our room with Lysol! The outside and lobby were nice but everything else not so much!!

The property needs to be renovated. The exterior of the hotel needs a good power washing and the pool needs to be cleaned and covered. The top part of the bridge is damaged. In general it looks like it is falling into disrepair. The speed bumps need to be painted because you can't really see them. The hotel furniture and beds are also old. Not the most comfortable to sit or sleep on. However, the staff were all really friendly and they all seemed close. Almost like family. So it was a warm environment. It had everything we needed and we would consider staying there again.

Room wasn't ready for check in time and waited one hour & 15 minutes.Then offered another room that they said was the same suite type so we took it. It was like being in a dungeon. Bugs & to top it off toilet didn't work in the morning. Was told no plumber was there . Guy from front desk desk came & tried to fix it, but we couldn't use it. Never offered us another room or refund. A disaster of a stay!

There were bed bugs in the first room. I was moved to a second room for the next night which also had need bugs. So I had to sleep in full clothing. Because I booked through hotels.com I was told I could not get a refund or transfer. So I booked a new hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Unmet Expectations
Overall, our 3 night stay was pleasant; room was clean and staff was kind. However, my expectations based on the description online were higher than what reality was. Just another average hotel with the same breakfast bar items. The room was quite small and the pillows flattened as soon as you laid down on them. I asked several times for 4 extra pillows and they kept saying they’d bring them, but never did. Twice I was able to get 1 small pillow from the desk, which both times were without a pillow case. With the name Hilton and the slightly higher rate, I guess I expected a little more from the hotel.

Disgusting and Unsanitary
DO NOT STAY HERE. Arrived for check-in and went up to check the room prior to bringing my luggage. Room odor was immediately apparent upon walking into the room; poor air filtration, combined with odors which resembled urine, smoke and pets. Proceeded to check the bed and discovered bed bugs. Immediately left the room and requested another, only to find the exact same circumstances in the second room. Hotel concierge was completely unphased when I relayed my distress and discoveries, only stating a dismissive ‘sorry’ as I frustratingly left the premises. Never experienced such a disgusting hotel in my life. Health inspectors need to pay a visit.

Beautiful place in a secluded quiet area but close to everything we needed. From was prefect. Only concern was lack of lighting in parking lot making it difficult going in and out at night. But overall, this is a very nice place, highly recommended.
