We were given an older room, although it was on a high floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both woke with backaches from a very old style mattress. Breakfast was not included with the cost of the room, but since we experienced difficulty with our keycard working x5, we were added to “the list”. Choices were decent and fresh. Service was excellent. Dining room was clean and comfortable.

I been to this hotel several times for the past couple years and the hotel rooms itself need an upgrade. The wallpaper looks dirty, ceiling paint was coming apart and cracked, carpet was dirty needed a good shampoo or replacement. The shower knobs were rusty and ants were coming out of the shower at night. The overall quality is dated from the pictures that had water damage to the fire safety equipment. And lastly the elevators were dark and sound as though it needed new mechanics.

Hilton front end employees should be given a class on what questions are not polite to ask their customers during check in. For example, if they hear some accent and a customer upond asking tells that he or she came from New Jersey, don't ask where did they come from before NJ. The customer may think that this is not a welcome sign. The other dissapointment was that a room safe did not work in the first assigned room, the good think the room was changed upon our request. Both rooms did not have a light switch at the entrance door and the guests have to go into completely dark room at night and look for the switch on the table lamp in order to get some light. Another surprise was that rooms are not being serviced during the stay. It appears that the houskeeping in the hotel needs to be requested 12 hours in advance. Ice machine did not produce ice, only noise was coming out of it. My advise: avoid this hotel. I am surpised Hilton has its name on it.

Snack area in lobby was a huge plus. Indoor pool was nice. The hot tub was not working. Also, there was a kids swim class in the pool at the same time, so it was a little chaotic.

Twice we were denied check- in because there were no clean rooms, once after 3:30 and the other time after 4 pm. We were told we couldn’t even check in and simply wait elsewhere for our room to be ready, that it was against policy. Sorry, come back later and get back in line. Finally we had to settle for double beds, not the queen we reserved. No fee adjustment, just a breakfast voucher.

The ppl next door had really loud music and I had to change rooms the music was so loud, very frustrating when I spent over 200 dollars and I had to switch rooms, it was at 1030 at night and I had my five year old with me… very inconvenient

It was a very nice hotel to stay at. I did call and ask about all excess fees or holds while I would be stay. I was told no, then my card is just charged $8 a day for parking. That was no where on the booking page either, just could have been informed better.

I specifically booked this for the indoor pool. The room key mechanism to enter the pool is broken and it takes forever to get into the pool area, and there were never any towels. The room had something funky on the ceiling and the shower curtain had mold. Said they had airport shuttle (and there were two vans outside) but not for the general public (only for flight crews). Property is tired and needs some TLC for sure.
