Just Blocks to NC State &, Cameron Village, few minutes drive or Uber to PNC Park to go to concerts or to Glenwood South to go check out the bar scene or go sightseeing in Downtown Raleigh. Everything is so close!!! Airport is only 10 min drive as well:) The house lives like a three bedroom with three separate baths perfect for everyone to have their own private suites! Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful bathroom with two separate vanities, the other guest bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with tub /shower right down the hall. The upstairs loft bedroom has its own suite feel complete with hang out space bedroom area and large bathroom. Renovated completely new everything top to bottom with new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops and pot filler and gas stove, new cabinetry and new tile in all baths and mudroom:) The Heart of the City has it all and even a heart in the bathroom floor❤️ Enjoy the deck area for drinks or relax in the hot tub for 4 people , and a fenced in private yard perfect for pets! We definitely fell in love with NC on our very first trip, so much due to this house! Starting with the excellent communication from the owner to the outstanding location to having everything you could ever need. Stacy is amazing and was really helpful right from the start! The location is perfect, cute neighborhood, close to downtown, parks, grocery, delicious restaurants, a great little drive to Cary and easy to get a day trip to the beach! The house is so beautiful and comfortable (the best bed, the cozy couch the amazing kitchen, the spacious, private bathrooms and closets!) and it was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed! And the hot tub!! It was deliciously hot, so clean and well kept, it made for beautiful, cool evening soaks on the cute porch. I wish I could stay in this exact house everywhere I went! We stayed to support her in her recovery from an accident and this house was perfect for recovering and visiting with her. This house was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous! Stacy, the premier hostess, was above and beyond regarding customer service! Her attention to details and her decorating talents are admirable. We couldn’t get over how easy it was to communicate with her. But another standout was the decor! The attention to detail in making the house feel like a home was spot on. We really enjoyed our trip to Raleigh for the USA Baseball NTIS Champions Cup. Our boys loved the loft space. We grilled out one night and loved coffee on the front porch swing in the mornings. The house is very well equipped if you prefer to prepare meals at home vs. going out. Lots of bright natural light. Cozy home away from home! There were two separate areas to relax inside along with very comfortable bedrooms.
