It was convenient to take a walk with the dog (though there was a little bit of walking on the street to get to the greenway so be prepared for that) and the neighbors that I came across were all very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. Jim was very accommodating and was continously checking up to make sure we had everything we needed! It was much appreciated.
