I have stayed at this location a few times before, it’s convenient to my needs to be in the area. The front desk staff was not warm or helpful this time, disregarding my Hilton Diamond status and unnecessarily difficult in interactions, including just needing additional water for the room. I’ll definitely reconsider my options when back in the area.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The only complaint I have is that I booked through Expedia, so we were charged for breakfast and shamed for not booking directly through Hilton (including when we checked out). As a Hilton Honors member (with one of their credit cards), I was offended by that. Otherwise, it was a great location (near Target and other shops), and again, the staff in the restaurant/bar were very nice and helpful.

Quick check in with Will. Super helpful. Got to our room, no microwave, fridge not cooling. Moved us to another room. Still didn’t have a microwave in the room, but we suffered through. We Brought in our own breakfast and they allowed us to sit in dining area. Very appreciative of that. Beds were really really comfy.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and room. Negatives were lack of new coffee pods in room of a morning and no bath floor mat even after one was requested. But, would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the property overnight while on a holiday roadtrip. The hotel was well maintained and the lobby was nicely decorated and clean. Our room was also very clean and I liked the Crabtree & Evelyn products supplied in the bathroom. I’d stay at this property again with no hesitation & recommend to my family and friends.
