Reserved 2 rooms and both were very dirty. Room 1 had cigarette burns in bed spread and sheets and mattress cover were stsined and looked like someone wet the bed. 2nd room wad the same with sheets having brown blotchy brown and gray spots all over them. Both rooms were supposed tp be non smoking but both stunk of cigarette smoke and the 2nd room smelled of marijuana as well. Rooms were on back side of hotel next to vacant store and vagrants sleeping alongsode that building. Entire property run down and trash anddebris was all over at the rear of property where our rooms were. Ask staff for new rooms and they refused to give us new rooms so we left and went to another hotel. This place is a dump and no one should have to deal with it

I have never had to leave a hotel after 10 minutes inside the room before April 12. Unfortunately this was a prepaid room. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. I had said I needed a smoke free room. The door number had fallen off the outside door. The door frame looked like someone had tried to pry it open and after locking the door from the inside there was still a gap and you could see outside. There was food and bird poop on the carpet. The toilet had mold around the base. A cockroach ran across the floor. Toilet paper holder was broken and it looked like they had painted to cover up mold because you could see the black mold coming through. Ceiling was cracked and had a hole punched in it in the bathroom. Dresser drawers were broken. Ceiling in the bedroom had black marks with dents. Not sure if someone was throwing a ball at the ceiling? At midnight after only 10 minutes inside. My daughter and I got our things and checked out. The night auditor (that’s what he said he was ) seemed surprised that I didn’t find the room satisfactory. I told him that the room was dirty, bug infested, and disgusting. I have pictures of all of this except for the carpet and dresser drawer. It was safer for me to drive 2 hours home than to stay in that hell hole. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again. I was shocked at how rundown everything was and dirty. The pictures that are on the website are either old or from a completely different hotel. STAY AWAY. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This property was unkept. Pool displayed a swamp. The room we were originally given had dirty sheets, dirty bathroom and lampshades with brown markings. We asked to get another room and that room also had a dirty mattress bed cover. They did change out the dirty mattress cover and luckily the actual mattress underneath was clean. I would not recommend anyone to stay there and never will again.

This is not the usual DAYS INN Wyndham that we are use to staying. The property has black mold throughout the room. The bathroom was was not a bathroom that I would allow my worst enemy to use. The towel were black and reused. The room was nasty and dirty behind the bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, dresser and any other item/equipment within the room. The doors are not secure. When addressed to the staff, nothing within reason was offered and the trip was a mess from that point on.

Pictures on the website are totally different from the actual property. Rooms were so dirty, beds had cigarette buds on the comforter, no tissue, no soap, bugs. there were a lot of people in the lobby trying to get their refund from them. it’s very unclean and workers really dont care.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! The rooms had black mold in the bathrooms. Looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned since it first opened. The management is no help at all. Burn marks in the blanket and sheets. Just a run down Motel, all pictures online are FAKE ! I was bamboozeled !

This is a 'you get what you pay for' scenario. The property was shabby, our bathroom had a soggy, dripping ceiling. The room was not serviced the whole 4 days we spent there. Garbages were not emptied and no fresh towels. Most of the electrical outlets in the room were not working. The property advertized a breakfast and had a breakfast room near reception but when we tried to make use of it the first morning, they handed us 2 paper bag breakfast packs through a partially opened front door. Location wasnt bad though.

This property should be shut down by the Health Department. The air quality was horrid. There is black mold across 2 hotel rooms and coming out of the sink. The room was rancid with cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in all of the bedding. One of our rooms had a cigarette buds still lying around and ash on one of the pillows. The carpets didn’t look like they have been touched and there were bugs coming out of the bath tubs. Everything was so disgusting to touch that we went out and bought cleaning supplies. This hotel was the worst I’ve ever been to. There were rotted out bathroom ceilings made of painted plywood. When we asked for someone to come clean the mug off of the doors that had seeped down from the steam, the guy at the desk gave us Lysol wipes and disinfectant spray. This facility needs to be examined. I know there were complaints from every person I met there. Please contact me back at 434-996-0560

I arrived at the property on April the 5th and the property manager refused to allow me to check in. I call the police and filed a police report dispute with Days Inn. I found only a emergency room for two days and my trip was for 8 days.

I am not sure what went on, but please let us know why you were not allowed to check in unless it was too early or rooms weren't ready. We did have a alot of rooms to get ready for checkin and its at 3pm to check in. Thank you.

There was black mold in the bathroom and behind the entrance door to come in your room. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. Some channels are on the guide but when you try and go to them, they are out. Wouldn’t recommend.

Would never stay here again. Also, there is not breakfast though its advertised as Breakfast included. They offer a brown bag with really the lowest grade pastry possible. There isn’t even coffee for guests at the lobby. Ice machine is broken and we were told to go to the hotel next door to get ice from their machine. Property condition over all not great. Terrible mushy mattress.

This place was the worst place I had ever stayed in you could not even get fresh linens, the room was totally filthy puke in the bathtub, dirty sheet yes with stains, drugs and prostitutes all over cops even did an arrest at 8:00 am right next door to the room. Very loud very unsafe.

This whole facility seems to be on his last legs. The grounds are a shambles. We had to let the water run for more than 10 minutes in order to get hot water to the taps. But it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

Returned from breakfast, leaned against door to my room while I reached in my shirt pocket for the key card, door opened. It took more than 5 min to get hot water for a shower. Every receptacle in the room was loose and my cell phone didn't charge....Really a shame, good location, needs elbow grease.....

I tried to call the desk to complain there was no hot water, but the phone didn't work. I walked there (in the rain) and had the clerk explain that one needed to run hot water for about 5 minutes before it got hot... I wouldn't be there at all except it is convienient and cheap.....

Poor access from highway. Shower took 15 minutes to get hot. Cold room - had to turn heat up to 84 to keep it about 70. No breakfast / coffee service except a paper bag containing a few vending machine snacks. Won't be coming here again.

The property is in a disgusting state. the lights are broken, carpet is dirty, room is smelly and there are no toiletries. We were told that breakfast will be provided in brown bags. Though it was said that there would be a breakfast buffet. This is a very bad place and more over misrepresented on your website as a facility with multiple amenities.

There were drugs being sold a few doors done. Someone knock on my door looking tonhave interactions I guess thinking that this is normal at this location. Took about 8min for the water to get hot. Would not recommend this at all

Will never stay again. Extreme disappointment needs 0 stars. The room was dirty and when asked for a clean room was denied and no one cleaned the room even after. Letting management know of the discussing conditions. Balls of hair and other things... no trash can. And burn marks in the bedding. Do not stay here.

not what I was expecting
Stay was fine. Room was a bit outdated but ok. There was what appeared to be "blood splatter" on the wall next to the hair dryer. Probably wasn't but that was what it looked like. The little square pillows are terrible. The bed and coverings were nice and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it listed breakfast. I really didn't expect that it would be a sunny d and a couple of things in a little bag from behind the front desk.
