This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! It is cozy, clean, well maintained and very well stocked for a long stay. It s located in a very nice part of Raleigh not far from downtown. You can walk about 5 to 10 minutes to The Village which is a collection of boutique shops, nice eateries, ABC store for alcohol purchases, a wine shop, a 2 story chick fil A, Harris Teeter grocery store. Nice king size memory foam mattress on the bed. I don't usually like memory foam but i.slept very well. Kitchen has a back-door that is steps away from your reserved parking space. It made loading and uploading a breeze. Modern appliances and washer dryer in unit. The owner/ host Stephen was superb. He had coffee pods, dishwasher pods and laundry pods(among a few other things) there to get you started. Great TVs.in.the main room and bedroom. Ceiling fans in LR and BR as well. He is a very responsive host. He even brought me a Brita water pitcher for the refrigerator.
