Wegmans is almost across the street which was wonderful. The area is beautiful and seems very safe. The house had very comfortable mattresses and we loved having all the bathrooms so no one had to share. It was a quick 12 minute drive to see our son at UNC. We also found that the bedrooms' lack of drawer space was a "minus". Just so you know - NONE of the outlets in any of the bathrooms worked. That might need to be looked at. The floors were filthy, the pollen on the back porch furniture was thick. The grill was never cleaned from previous user. The curtains fell on us, we had to go purchase tools in order to put them back up. Master bathroom sink and shower DO NOT DRAIN. Soaking wet bath rugs were piled in the closet. Boxes and other personal items were scattered in the garage. Overall, not pleased. We were in town for my daughter’s surgery and didn’t need the added stress of dealing with the details with the owner.
