This is the fastest way to get a response over phone calls or texts. We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with pet fee paid prior to check-in. Please clean up after your pet in the yard. Parking for up to three cars (please do not blocked shared portion of driveway). Both sides can be rented for large groups if both are available. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an extra fee (based on availability). No parties or events without prior approval. Inquire if you would like to host an event that would bring more than 10 people even if they aren’t spending the night. Pets must be on the reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unauthorized pets will be charge $250 if not paid ahead of time. We allow up to 2 dogs but may allow a third based on breed. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Please only park on your units side. This is a duplex and there is a shared portion of the driveway. Unit can fit up to 3 cars. No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a $300 feet will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is allowed in the yard. Please dispose of buts safely. Unauthorized late checkouts leaving more than 20 min after checkout time (without late checkouts leaving pre-approval) will be charged $100 for each hour because we have to pay the cleaners to wait. Please follow checkout instructions. Family came in from across the country. 20 minutes to RDU was wonderful. 5 minutes from the temple. The kids loved the game garage. Even grandma was out there playing Pac-Man! I suggested to the property manager that they invest in higher quality sheets, ceiling fans, and replacing ping pong paddles and fixing the basketball game. If you’re not careful you’ll pass right by the driveway. Says it fits three cars, which was tight, but doable, so you don’t block the driveway to the other rental right next door. We brought our dog and it was a great experience overall. I didn’t see the pet fee listed in the description, and was informed after booking its 150 dollars per pet. It was less expensive than each of us getting hotel rooms for 3 nights and we loved having space to hang together. The kids just missed the pool from the hotel we normally stay at here . Definitely try the restaurants Myra Cafe and Skippers if you have time. ##### Loretta H.
