This was total bait and switch. We reserved a 2-queen bed suite. They claimed no other rooms. It was cold, dark, and smelled bad. They offered to give our money back. We accepted.

Had to wait a while to check in as no one was at the desk. Had to pry the drain open in the bathroom sink. Hair on the walls of the shower/tub. Water did not drain out of the tub while taking a shower.

The true highlight of this property is the staff. They’re nice, helpful and make you feel invited. The property itself was okay. Gym was small but clean and has equipment needed. The room itself was not great (just dirty and old and stains everywhere). The food around the property is so good. It feels safe as well as it is near two other busy hotels. Easy to get around!

This place was horrible it was extremely dirty. The towels in the bathroom was used I asked front desk for new towels they said they were out. Then I asked for a remote due to one wasn’t in the room and she said they didn’t have any more available. I then asked to be switched to a different room she said they were booked. Then not to mention the huge water bug that freaked my kids and myself out. That was the last straw I left I was supposed to be there 2 night and only stay a couple hours I just couldn’t it smell like urine in the rooms and it was a drunk man in the lobby harassing me when I was trying to talk with the front desk representative. It was just horrible I had to spend more money on a different hotel.

The entire building and room reeked of pot. Very very disappointing. Also did not get the accommodations as requested on Expedia. Apparently, customers who book with a third party booking service such as Expedia get stuck wherever they have room on the property 😏😏

I have stayed at Best Western hotels in many parts of the U.S. and other countries, and this stay was the biggest disappointment. The only compliments I have were for the helpful reception staff. The room smelled stale like beddings had not been changed, only one light-blocking curtain installed, so the room is either totally dark or totally no privacy. The power outlets on the desk lamp did not work. The toilet had a wrong size seat, hair in bathtub, stains on the bathroom floor and the exhaust fan did not work. I do not want to go on.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the unruly couple that argued all night. It seemed like management did nothing to quiet or remove them. Other than that, it was everything I expected and needed. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here because of the convenient location. But the actual hotel and room were pretty bad! Rooms are outdated and need serious updating and maintenance. Sink did not drain. Bathtub faucet dripped nonstop. The shower head was broken. Lightbulbs were either burnt out or so dim they did not offer light. No working ice machines on the property. Hall/exterior doors were not locked. Trash cans around exterior were full and trash was on the ground.

FRONT DESK WOMAN ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!
Check in was NOT a nice experience. The front desk woman who was there at 2:35 pm on Friday Jan. 12, 2024 was terribly snotty and rude to us! We have been to this hotel several times and it always seems to be the same woman who is rude to us. WHY? Let me tell you what we did...we came into the front desk and gave our name to check in and she raised her voice at us and told us that check in is not until 3pm (a mere 25 minutes away from the time we walked in there) and she was (with a raised voice) telling us there are absolutely NO rooms ready for check in. I turned to my husband who had the same look on his face as I did, both in shock that she was yelling at us for coming in there 25 minutes early and said to him, "well it's only 25 minutes, we can just hang out here". Well she got pissed off and yelled at me saying I didn't need to come to check in so early...and both my husband and I had to calm her down and tell her we were not even talking to her....we were speaking to each other. If I hadn't already paid for the room in advance I would NOT have stayed. The front desk is the first impression of any place...having a rude and lazy person in that position is not good. We left the office for the 25 minutes, the woman was now off...we found out she just doesn't like to check people in so she makes people wait to check in till the shift changes...so wrong, so rude, I will NEVER go to this hotel again! I hope someone that cares reads this

Staff failed to be honest about my room reservation and decided to not honor my reservation made in days of advance. Instead of giving me my king size room reservation after notification of error they still decided to not grant my request of what I’ve purchased.
