Metal staircase to enter/exit unit slippery from morning dew. Entrance between living room and kitchen missing threshold but carpeting tacks still present which surprised socked feet. Unit smelt musty with hint of urine upon first entering; we purchased multiple air freshners on our own to mask smell until we checked out. Multiple blinds torn. When entering there was a terrible musty smell as well as a strong urine odor around the toilet and in the bathroom. We purchased some air fresheners and it seemed to improve. The apartment definitely needs to be repainted – there was flaking paint on the ceilings and the walls were damaged in a number of places. In addition, the kitchen window is jammed open and the refrigerator made annoying grinding noises, nonstop. The window blinds were cheap/broken.
