We had a great stay at the Patio Pad! We were visiting family and this location was perfect. It lived up to all the previous reviews. Incredibly clean and in a convenient location. As promised the neighborhood is nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors that will say hello. The entire place was equipped with any anticipated need. Debra’s thoughtfulness is apparent throughout the home. Things like a welcome kit with waters, enough trash bags for your stay and hotel quantity shampoo/body wash really made it the best Vrbo experience. We will stay here again! ##### Ivy D. This was the perfect quaint little home. It had a beautiful back outside covered patio. The house was very nice. Everything was up-to-date. we had everything that we needed there the only thing we had to go get groceries. Debra was very sweet very informative. She was even nice enough to let us check in three hours early. Deborah went above and beyond as far as communication in any questions that we had she was really great. It was a very easy process to get in the home. The neighbors in the neighborhood was nice and it was a great central location because we were like 5 to 15 minutes away from anything and everything we needed to go to. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. And when we come back to Raleigh, we will definitely be back again. ##### Felisha W.
