Just .5 miles to Walnut Creek Greenway Trail for excellent biking, walking and running trails.

Pet friendly! Welcome to this charming, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in a peaceful Raleigh neighborhood. Featuring a fenced private backyard with a fire pit and outdoor seating, this cozy haven is designed for comfort. Just minutes in an uber ride from Coastal Credit Union Music Park, it provides the perfect home base for concerts and events. With a charming interior and some updates, home is comfortable and cozy. Enjoy the inviting living space, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable workspace. Free parking is available, and the private end-unit location ensures extra privacy. Security Deposit: All reservations made through VRBO will incur a $250 hold on their card on file the day before check-out. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released 7 days after the initial hold is made. For all Airbnb reservations all damages will be rectified through the Airbnb resolution center.   
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.  
No Parties - $500 fine.  
Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.   
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.  
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.  
Max number of people on property - 4 people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of 4 people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest.   
Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM.  
No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.  
Lock home and windows when leaving.  
Trash and Recycling are at the backside of the house. Pickup is early Wednesday morning. Please place containers by the curb Tuesday evening.  
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.  
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.  
 Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.  
Please park in the designated parking spot. Free parking is allowed on the street as well. Please note, we are not responsible for any events related to your vehicle while parked on the street or designated parking spot.
