A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that you are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations. If you will have a service animal with you although not required by airbnb we appreciate you letting us know so we can give the same notice as pet stays to our cleaners. No cats allowed. Max number of people on property - 8 people. Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM. No spray tanning, henna application, hair dyeing, or tie dyeing. Lock home and windows when leaving. If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
