Welcome to the Parkside North Hills! This five-bedroom, four-bathroom house boasts three primary suites, including a private guest suite. The house was completely renovated in 2024 with a sleek kitchen and modern bathrooms.  
  
Each bedroom is themed for a bird living in beautiful Eastgate Park, next door to the house. The house also has a waffle bar and an expansive coffee bar, with a Nespresso!   
  
Stay in the hot Midtown Area of Raleigh less than a mile from the brand-new Innovation District!

Brand new kitchen with a waffle bar and coffee bar, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso  
Dining area with seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the bar plus a high chair
