Otherwise to commute around the city by various modes of public transport is an added benefit. Railway station, Bus Terminal and Airport are located close by. My stay here was good-ish. The food was okay too (only had breakfast). We had rooms with two seperate beds and found the space was a bit cramped. Beds were comfy, pillow covers could be more cleaner though. House keeping was quick and rooms tidy. Was slightly disappointed as the rooms weren’t prepped properly. We all had to request bath/hand towels and toilet papers. Service and hospitality was good though. Room service was quick. They need to do something for hot water in bathrooms. Had to waste 2-3 whole buckets of water just to get hot water - for all our rooms. Imagine the wastage of water! No hot water in showers at all. Plus only available in the morning. Overall it was okay if you’d want to stay a day or two. But considering it’s a 4 star hotel was more disappointed. Staff were courteous The picture of the Grand Foyer in the ads in quite misleading. The rooms are just about OK and could use some face lift. Wi-Fi is available only if you come down to the lobby and not in the rooms.
