Situated high on Rainbow Beach's premier street, it is just a 10 minute walk downhill to the main shops, restaurants and the extensive sandy beach. Upstairs features: \* Master bedroom with queen bed and shower ensuite \* Open kitchen, lounge and dining area with airconditioning \* Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave \* Living area with TV and DVD player \* North-east facing balcony with gas bbq, outdoor seating and ocean views Downstairs features: \* Two bedrooms with one queen and two single beds \* Bathroom with shower \* Laundry with top load washing machine, ironing board and iron General features: \* WiFi \* Ceiling fans throughout \* Single lock up garage \* Off street parking \* Fenced courtyard \* Pet friendly for outside pets only. Maximum two pets. Sleeps six in a two x queen size bed and two x single beds. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
