"Host arranged arrival transport from the Pozzallo bus stop. Excellent location to Ferry Port , view of the harbour from our room was lovely, secure WiFi really appreciated. Highly recommend this property."

"We lived our stay at the hotel. Our room was on the upper floor and had a balcony with an incredible view of Ragusa. One of the staff came to the parking lot and helped us carry our luggage and find the hotel. The room was spacious and had a queen and single bed but did not fill crowded and both were comfortable. The bathroom was so big with two shower heads, heated towel bar and separate area with sink. We could not stall talking about the delicious breakfast - not just pastries but also hard boiled eggs, meat and cheese."

"From the first moment that we arrived at the property we felt very relaxed. We were greeted with a warm welcome and couldn’t have asked for more in this modern building. Superb 180 degree views over the valley looking out to sea. Very clean room equipped with beautiful bedding, towels and bathroom toiletries. The continental breakfast consists of numerous homemade cakes and croissants as well as meats and cheese which is topped off with the coffee bar making hot drinks of any variety to order. Although we didn’t have a chance to eat in the ‘Gramole’ restaurant it does have an extensive wine list, with the opportunity to drink some excellent wines from the Chiaremonte estate by the pool. Highly recommended is a walk through the onsite Olive groves interspersed with wild flowers and poppies, time of year dependant I would assume, also lots of Carob trees to shade under. Relais Chiaramonte by car is about 20 minutes from the coast, Ragusa and the pretty town of Scicli. I would like to thank Ylenia and Gonzalo for making our stay very welcoming and special and certainly will return soon. "

"The hotel is an experience, beautiful view. However when remember booking the room with two beds, the hotel at check in, the room I booked is the king size bed. Also a bottle of wine was checked with the room booking, we found out at check out that it is not. The money is not the issue, but it is confusing/embarrasing to find out that it is not complimentary, the reception was helpful, apply $10 spa fee that we did not use and we pay 2 Euro to settled our hotel bill."

"This is an exceptional hotel in Ragusa. Parking is very difficult in Ragusa. The staff takes your car and parks is somewhere and brings it back when you leave. The hotel itself is stunning, a small, boutique property that was rebuilt after an earthquake several years ago. The steps to the second floor are stone, from the 14th century. The walls are the beautiful light stone found all around Ragusa. The room was small, but lovely. The staff is exceptional. They understand that parking is difficult, finding the hotel can be a challenge, and they do everything they can to make it easier, and your stay delightful. I can't say enough about this hotel. I loved it."
