The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk (not flat road) from the city center. So best to use public transportation to get around. Nearby parking is free during weekend. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom has tub. Buffet breakfast has a lots of options.

It rained the whole time we were in Ragusa which dampened our spirts a bit. However, the staff was friendly and helpful and also assisted us with dinner reservations and a taxi to Old Town for our first night's dinner. All in all, we enjoyed seeing the historic old town of Ragusa. Our hotel was in the new section but easily reached by taxi.

Wonderful Hotel
Just excellent all round, from check in to check out seven days later. Breakfast buffet was super. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Hotel has a peaceful feeling. My fourth visit since 2015. A good base to visit the local towns and beaches.

I loved my stay here. The staff was very helpful with the only exception of the guy who manages the garage. The suites are roomy and clean. The ladies at the reception were so helpful and polite. The shower was my only complaint: is super small. Sure is more accessible than a tub, but using it takes a contortionist. I will never understand italian bathrooms. Would stay here again, though, as the shower wasn't a huge hassle.

Central Ragusa
The hotel location was great, right on the main street and close to restaurants and bars, and an easy 10-minute walk away from the stairs to Ragusa Ibla. Parking was available in the garage for 8 euros, and available street parking was nonexistent. The room was adequate, and the breakfast buffet of coffee, fruits, breads, ricotta, jams, bacon and cheese really hit the spot. The only downside was inconsistent wifi.

Hotel in the heart of Ragusa, with its own parking
Well located to visit Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla, about 4 mins from the Cathedral, and a similar distance from the busstop to other areas of the town. Has its own parking in the basement (accessed by a lower road), at a cost of €8/day. Very helpful staff.

If you're driving, it is hard to get to lobby but parking is easy to get find just complicated. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was outstanding, sensa glutina selections and eggs.

Great location to stay in Ragusa
We had a great time at this hotel. Very central, Clean rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast is great and abundant. You wouldn't expect more. We parked our car in the garage and therefore we had no worries about parking.The staff is the greatest asset this hotel has. They are friendly and helpful. Only hitch is the single lift that was not working on the first day we arrived. In my opinion this great hotel needs 2 lifts for its size.

Modern, very pleasant hotel especially the standard of the room. It was large, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was very varied but tour groups depleted supplies and kept the staff busy. Location of hotel is excellent for walking around the town and to Ibla but can be noisy as it is above the main street.

Quality hotel in a good location
This clean and modern hotel is based in a good location if you arrive by public transport or taxi. Clean (almost clinical) place where white is the dominant colour. Breakfast is varied but bland. Ok broadband (1MB down 200kB up) varies with time. Friendly staff and a nice bar underneath which is easily one of the best ones in town.

Difficult to find entrance. The street at the front entrance is blocked off. Got locked in garage for 30 minutes due to power outage and there are no escape exits. Then it took awhile to get elevators working properly. A/C barely did anything. Food at dinner just ok. Breakfast better.

Look under the bed there was a empty bottle with other garbages. This is unacceptable. As well, your floor in the bathroom was soaked with water from the previous renters. A/C issues with the thermostat going on and off all the time.

Absolutley no issues at all. The only comment I would make is that the web site description needs updating as there is no longer a bar area and the restuarant only opens sometimes. All the the staff were fantastic and welcoming. (perhaps the parking guy could smily though!) Breakfast was one of the best Buffett's I have seen everyone catered for from Eggs / Ham etc to a wide range of fruits and drinks. I will definitly reccomend the hotel 100% and stay there again.

Great Hotel in Ragusa
Have to say great hotel and very cofortable. Hotel staff from those on fron desk to the garage man which is extra were the best. The cleaners keeping your room very clean and comfortable. My only minus was the Restaurant which was only open 8pm till 10pm and waited half an hour and still had neither drink or menu, totally ignorant.This didn't matter as we were in centre of town and close to plenty of good restaurants.

Weekend in Ragusa
Centrally located, right by shopping area with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Handy for railway station and local buses to get to old city of Iblei and bus station for farther afield. Stylish with large rooms and friendly staff.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel adequate and central to the main town. We had great difficulty finding the hotel as our sat nav instructions took us through impossibly narrow streets and ended up in a newly created pedestrian area. Accurate directions or an up to date map with access roads is required. The car park want easy to identify. It was labelled as a Best Western Hotel but we did not know that the Mediterranee was part of that group from the printout from Hotels.com.

The hotel is located very close to the center of Ragusa and a 10 minute walk to Ragusa Ibla but offers no decor or charm itself. If you have limited time, do the walk in Ragusa Ibla rather than the center of Ragusa. The lady at the reception was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in good English. We found a paid-parking space on the bridge steps away from the hotel for a few Euros a day, a little cheaper than 8 Euros, the hotel's parking charge. The restaurant/breakfast room was unimpressive with no frill and the breakfast was basic-it's just a huge banquet room. The place is dated and needs lots of touch up paint. The highlight of the hotel was the outstanding service by the lady at the reception.
