Villa Clotilde is located on the final part of seafront Andrea Doria in Marina di Ragusa, in the province of Ragusa, the baroque heart of the Val di Noto and South East Sicily.  
It offers a beautiful location, in front of a sandy beach (30 meters), in a served and quiet area, a stone's throw from the restaurants and clubs in the center.  
Just 200 meters away are the "Baja beach" lido, where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas, and the sailing club of Marina di Ragusa and 600 meters away is Piazza Malta, one of the main squares of the city.  
  
The villa, divided on three levels, enjoys large outdoor spaces.  
A well-kept garden surrounds the house and is full of Mediterranean plants and flowers.  
A terrace equipped with garden furniture offers an outdoor shower, barbecue area and solarium.  
An outdoor kitchen with shaded dining area, furnished with table and chairs.  
A large bathroom with shower.  
A reserved parking space.  
On the second floor, there is a comfortable terrace facing the sea with a beautiful view of the facing sandy beach.  
  
The villa inside is furnished with taste and attention to every detail; the style is modern and colorful, with marine-style details and furnishings.  
It is distributed over three floors and offers a total of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.  
The ground floor is bright and spacious and overlooks the seafront terrace.  
It consists of a living area and a kitchen.  
The living room offers large corner sofa, TV and dining table.  
The kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, electric oven and dishwasher.  
A laundry room with washing machine and sink for laundry.  
On the first floor, there is a sleeping area, which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.  
The bedrooms both have a double bed and overlook a balcony. One of the two is facing the sea and enjoys a panoramic view.  
On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. The room overlooks a large terrace with a splendid sea view.

The Mouth of the Irminio River Nature Reserve is 3 km away and boasts suggestive nature trails and a pristine beach with a crystalline seabed.  
The villa has a good location to easily get out of the town and move by car to visit the nearby sandy beaches of the coast: Plaja Grande (5 km), Donnalucata (7 km), Punta Secca (10 km), Cava d'Aliga (15 km) and Sampieri (20 km).  
A short distance away and easily reachable are the baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla (28 km), Modica (24 km) and Scicli (15 km), as well as the Donnafugata Castle (18 km), a sumptuous noble of the late nineteenth century.

Those who want to stay very close to the sea, a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach in a central position, on the promenade and the walking area full of restaurants, bars and shops. This villa boasts a great location and has refined tastefully furnished interiors and large outdoor spaces.
