ENTRANCE When you enter the unit, you arrive in the open plan area of the unit. The kitchen is to your right, and the living room area immediately in front of you. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for your use while staying with us. DINING AREA Just off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 LIVING ROOM The living room has a very comfortable leather couch and armchair, Shaw cable TV, a gas fireplace, and large windows, and is a great place to unwind after a busy day in Radium. BATHROOMS Opposite the kitchen area is a full bathroom with a tub-shower, and comes stocked with hotel quality towels and locally made SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo and hand soap. You will find the second bathroom just off the master bedroom (ensuite). BEDROOMS To the right of the living room is a very comfortable king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. This king bed is new and top-of-the-line, and the ensuite bathroom also has a tub/shower. To the left of the living room is a bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds For your comfort, both beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. PATIO Through the living room is the private patio with a small patio set and a BBQ for your use. Please note, this BBQ is plumbed directly to the building’s propane supply, so, please ensure it is turned off after use. The deck is always cleaned but after many years of enjoyment, there are some marks. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
