If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. We do not allow pets of any kind in this property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge. 7\. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and we even got to see wildlife. The location was within walking distance to Main Street. The pool area was lovely and everything was well kept. Only downfall was that the blind in the master bedroom was broken and duct taped so it wouldn’t close. This was a bit unsettling being on the first floor, but we made do. It was disappointing when I addressed it after our stay it wasn’t acknowledged. And it took 19 days and a follow up reminder email to get our damage deposit back. ##### Sarah P. Condo itself was a pleasure. Very new appliances, and well-stocked unit with all the necessary cooking paraphernalia. Everything worked as it should. Sitting on the deck was interrupted often by the A/C unit which was loud but we shut it off when we planned on being out there.
