Very clean room. Breakfast was good. but Very repetitive. not much variety. just cake, and juice . The room was very hot. We asked about this, but no response and they didn't seem to care that it was very hot at night. I get during the day, if it's a little warm, but even at night when outside it's about 65 out, but inside it was still 76F. Even at night it would only get to about 76F. So if you're going during a hot time, be wary of that. Also. The views a great here. But the grounds could use some maintenance. Like around the pool, there's tons of weeds that they could use a trimmer to get rid of, but there all grown out.

Our stay was perfect. The location is beautiful and central to several attractions in the region. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. Stella and Ettore, our hosts, are friendly and helpful. Their home cooked meals were delicious! We will definitely be going back.

The best there is if you need a quiet retreat venue! This is it! The food prepared by the chef is comparable to a michellin star rated. The service..is excellent! It is a perfect if you need a place to stay in Chianti.

This is such a great property with such kind hosts. The grounds are so peaceful and tucked away from everything. Stella and Ettore are so accomodating and helpful and their breakfasts and dinners are OUTSTANDING!!! A real highlight of this property. Ettore's homemade ravioli at dinner one night were so delicious. And it was nice having Stella being available to help with logistics in the area or even just to look at how Google Maps had me routed to Montalcino and she was able to show me the preferred way to go. Those little things sometimes can make or break and exploration day. The property is so pretty that at times I didn't want to venture out. I did do one of the hikes near the Villa which was so gorgeous too. Awesome Property.

A great choice!!

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Stelle and Ettore put a great amount of care and forethought into their property. The location in Tuscany is excellent with a number of small villages only a short drive away. The winery, only a short 10 minute walk away, is excellent as well. A great choice and we will stay here again!

Fabulous Stay….Totally amazing!

If you want to best stay ever, look no further than Villa Di Capovento. We had the most fabulous stay, with the best food, exploring the country side (great walking) and amazing hosts. This place allows you to unwind in the beautiful Chianti whilst enjoying the luxuries of this property.

Perfect Italian getaway

Absolutely perfect location- beautiful property very clean and quiet. Food in the restaurant is all home cooked and delicious. Ettore and Stella are incredible hosts. We will definitely be returning.
