"Was at the hotel for a conference and stayed in house. The breakfast was really good and the staff were LOVELY. The location is fabulous, right next to Eat St and beside the lake. I really enjoyed my stay. "

The bed was super comfy and the towels were all embroidered..lots of little touches that make this property somewhere perfect to staff. Every staff member I spoke to was wonderful and very friendly. There is a free laundry which was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and wish more hotels were this good. "

"Bathroom was contaminated with fungus because fungus grows so fast under handwashing sink. So I and my wife were afraid to go into the bathroom. Hotel name values are not matched with the reality of room."

"Check-in is at 3:00 PM, a bit late. We asked if they could check us in earlier, but they didn't even ask which room it was; they just said no. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 9:57 AM they were outside the room wanting to clean it. The place is generally nice, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good lighting. They're building in front of the pool, which is a bit annoying. Also, our socks got black from the carpet."
