### Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### CARPE DIEM - House for friends 2 minutes to the beach

House in quiet Barbat 2-3 minutes walk from the beach. The house has two large apartments with terraces 20 m2 surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Guarded parking (behind the house is a parking lot). And the grill you can use.  
The offer of house is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, blender, deep fryer, barbecue, bed linen, towels, TV, bicycles, baby bed, toys, a small table and chairs for children, baby chair.  
Around the house is a garden with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, immortelle, lavender, bay leaves .... and two hundred year old olive trees.  
The beach is about 80 m (2-3 min slow walk). To the beaches goes a small trail. The beaches are sandy and have shadows.  
Near the beach there are miniature restaurants where you can get something to eat or buy an ice cream ....  
  
First apartment is on the ground floor and it is large over 80m2 and furnished in a romantic Mediterranean style.  
The apartment has a large terrace with about 20 m2 with table and chairs.  
The apartment has two bedrooms (in each room is a double bed and a single bed), living room (sofa bed for two people), a kitchen furnished in Chabby chic style, a bathroom with toilet and a large hall.  
In front of the house is a large balcony.  
The apartment is comfortably furnished with a lot of taste and a touch of artistic expression.  
  
Second apartment is large, modern, comfortable and it has about 90m2.  
It has a large terrace where is a table and chairs and a garden swing.  
The apartment has three bedrooms (in each room is a double bed), living room (sofa bed for two people), kitchen, large bathroom with bidet (ca 9m2), toilet and a large hall. Bathroom and toilet are separate (which is good for many people).  
The kitchen is large, and spacious, modern equipped, kitchen Hauba, cooking area with five burners, multifunctional oven with double glazing.  
It has air condition, TV, music stereo.  
In the front apartment is a large balcony.  
The apartment is very light and airy. The rooms are cozy with lots of love furnished.
