The living and dining area spans 18 m2 and is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 145 cm in width and 195 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This space opens directly onto the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor area. The dedicated bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering stays and includes 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer.
