Thanks to its quiet location in a green residential area and proximity to the beach, it is ideal for couples seeking relaxation in a Mediterranean setting. The apartment is approximately 30 m² in size and consists of an open, bright living-sleeping room with a double bed, satellite TV, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and all important cooking and eating utensils. WiFi and air conditioning are available free of charge. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. From the living area, you can access the covered, furnished south-facing balcony (approx. 8 m²) with a beautiful sea view – the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or end the evening with a glass of wine. The guests have access to a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities, seating areas, and an outdoor shower. A private parking space is located directly at the house. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and a bakery. The nearest sandy beach is only about 100 metres away, and concreted bathing plateaus are also quickly accessible. The island of Rab offers a perfect combination of relaxation, nature, and activities. The historic centre of Rab with its charming old town streets is only about 1 km away and invites you to take a leisurely stroll.
