Thank you for your feedback.The fronts desk is on their vacations . At this time is one receptionist that doesn’t speak English . We apologize for that. Then, we give great options of accommodation for an affordable price. The Old Town is q commercial area , however people usually go to their homes at night , at the Old Town you have also many places where you can go at that time like La Ronda . Palacio Arzobispal or get an Uber an explore other neighbourhoods in Quito.

Dear Guest. As we spoke with Expedia team, we extend credit for one year for you because we understand that during this time is very difficult to visit Ecuador, but we spoke about one year credit. Old Town is not a residential area, is a lot of tourism and people and commerce and that´s why sometimes at evening you might feel like there are not many people. But, very near to us is located Plaza Grande, Calle Espejo, La Ronda where you can go at night to spectacular restaurants. Best Regards.
