Cabin is 5 miles from Cove Creek Campground and 7 miles from Heber Springs. Enjoy the private, country life at this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with sleeper sofa, front and back porch, firepit, and all the basic kitchen supplies. This cabin is perfect for those that enjoy the outdoors and do not need a big space. It sits off the main road, down a shared private drive on a portion of 25 acres in the country. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners metal shop that is used for an office and facility for their kids sporting activity practice. Cabin is 360 sq feet and was built by property owners in late 2015\. Cabin is completely covered in tongue and groove pine on interior walls and floors with galvanized metal ceilings. Fisherman and boats are welcome and we have plenty of spacious parking for your boat as well as outdoor outlet on front and back porches. Features of the Property Wifi Fire Pit Spacious yard Seating on porches Outdoor outlet (on porch) for boat charging Entrances require going up steps and porches do not have railings Bedroom: 1 queen bed in small cozy bedroom with linens provided open closet with shelves and a luggage rack lighting and charging on bedside tables ceiling fan Living Room: Seating for 2 on couch, 1 in chair, both have footstools Couch is also a full size sleeper sofa with bedding provided tv (log into your services) high speed internet wall unit heat & A/C ceiling fan, reading lamp Kitchen: dining table for 2 keurig toaster stove microwave refrigerator dishware flatware basic cooking pans, pots and utensils starter amount of paper towels, dish soap towels, dish rags Bathroom: Towels, washcloths, hand towels and makeup washcloths Toilet paper (minimum 1 roll per day of stay) Hand soap We DO NOT have you do the work before you leave. We ask that you take care of our home, wash the dishes used and bag all trash. Please do not leave the bags directly on the wood floor (there are cans inside and 1 out) There are no laundry facilities on site. (there are 3 local laundry mats) This property has stairs at both entrances and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Please stay on gravel, not grass. No Smoking in cabin or near doors or open windows. No pets. No parties, events or large gatherings Must be 21 years old to rent. Property owners have dogs and cats on property that do roam the expanse of property and will appear at the cabin. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo id may be required at check in. The property sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. Due to the size of the property, extra guests will need to be approved with the owners. Holidays and special events may require a longer minimum stay. Our rules are minimal but breaking them or damaging our property will result in extra fees. Our cancellation policy will be followed, we recommend purchasing trip insurance. The maximum length of stay allowed is 14 days. I took my two boys here for a quick, close getaway. The cutest little cabin with everything you need to feel right at home. I would say perfect for a couples get away or even a loner retreat (little boys can be rowdy and really, the place is adorable). VERY CLEAN... I almost didnt want to use anything!! The hosts were fantastic. They even stopped by to bring more fire starters and wood, but were not a bother in the slightest. We roasted marshmallows in the pit out front which is placed perfectly in what i would call a tree garden. With trees placed perfectly around the fire the opening above you is perfect to watch the sky. We woke up to deer all around us and the morning sounds of fall. The cabin was perfect for us! Private yet close to Heber. Awesome back and front porches that are awesome for early mornings or late nights. It was a super hot weekend and the cabin was plenty cool. Would 100% recommend this cabin and we will be back! Ps… the cat and dog that stay around there quickly became our good friends.
