"For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again. "

"We have stayed in many beach rental properties in Surfside and this is honestly one of our favorites. The location is great, with direct private beach access from the property and beautiful ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom.The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from quality towels and bathroom essentials to a very well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. A big plus in Texas: the air conditioning worked perfectly and the zoned system kept the house very comfortable at all times.Every detail felt carefully considered for guests’ comfort. The outdoor spaces were especially wonderful, from the beautiful terrace to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise, to the downstairs grilling and dining area with its own full bathroom and shower—such a smart and convenient setup after the beach.The home is simply but tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. We would absolutely love to come back."
