Also withing walking distance is a private lake front park area with a pier and beautiful view of the lake. House has a fantastic kitchen with a double oven. Great open plan! It is a 3 bedroom house but the master area will be locked off limits for now. There are two other bedrooms a full bath as well as another room off the living area that could also be used for an extra sleeping in a pinch. There is a large flat screen in with Internet TV and a play station.
