Hot Tub Casa Esperanza is a Hill Country Modern dream home offering a premier waterfront experience on the shores of Lake Tawakoni. Able to sleep 16, but cozy enough for smaller groups, Casa Esperanza features 3 separate bedroom suites and a big bunk room, each with its own private bath. Amazing in all four seasons! On hot afternoons, take shade under the covered 800 sq. ft. deck and outdoor living area with ceiling fans and big trees all over the two-acre property. Bring your fishing boat and poles and make use of the 150' deep water dock with a covered boat slip (currently occupied, but there are tie ups for your boat!). Even if you don't fish, you'll love this dock, which has two levels and includes places for both sunning and relaxing in the shade. In cooler months, an 8-person hot tub lets you sit in nature and stay cozy. The deck has two infa-red heaters that warm the entire deck on chilly nights. When you come back inside, light the dual-sided stone gas fireplace with the flick of a switch, and curl up in a pair of cozy chairs to read by the firelight. And our personal favorite is autumn BBQs at the outdoor kitchen, which has a gas grill, granite countertops and cozy bench seating. LIVING & DINING A spacious, open floor plan and soaring 20' ceilings make group hangouts effortless. Meet first thing in the morning for coffee and pancakes in the chef's kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need to prep large meals. Did someone say coffee? No problema amigo. We have a fully stocked coffee bar with traditional and French press options, plus a selection of gourmet coffees and teas. Sip your perfect cup on the 14' window seat in the dining area while looking out at the peaceful morning lake. One of the main reasons for choosing this home was the lakefront location, fishing pier and of course the beautiful home. The home was completely stocked with anything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. We spent a good amount of time outside on the pier and the back patio. I can't say enough about this home. Mar 1, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### An absolute Diamond in the Rough There are so many amazing things about this location, and the beautiful aesthetics this property embodies is astonishing, but I will tell you a few things that may be of concern and hopefully helps the next guest stay more amazing. For me and my family the observance of things that need to be serviced are the stove (mainly oven) does not function properly and I cook daily. I had a couple dishes that would typically take 15 minutes tops have to stay in the oven about 45 minutes on broil to fully cook. (I was simply melting cheese on Quinoa) A few dishes were very noticeably dirty so I washed all the dishes prior to use. ( they do have a fully stocked kitchen though) The only thermostat that functioned properly was in the master bedroom my children had to endure temperatures between 65 and 70 the entire stay as if on a timer and would not allow us to adjust and I tried texting for a solution and never got a response so I was extremely grateful GOD gave us beautiful weather these couple of days and they loved the property so much they were willing to freeze for the duration of the stay. The hot tub had a strong odor and yellow ring that it took us a few hours to clean. I simply think to much effort was placed in the details of this property that the maintenance should be more of a priority. My husband is Mr fix it and had to tend to a few maintenance issues but if you’re not very hand..IDK The septic system does not function properly either as there were fluid's in yard. ##### Michelle F.
