Located close to Lake Tawakoni, and several public boat ramps. This one bedroom one bathroom with sleeper couch has plenty of room to sleep four. Large yard and back porch with lake view. This "Man Cave" has a fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, and grill that is available for use. Cabin is cute, has 2 tvs but you can’t pick up anything, asked the owner through text where the tv remote was they responded “not sure” fridge temp was at 46-56, freezer finally got down to 15, so we had to store items in the freezer. Air conditioning was great once we turned it on, bed was comfortable and has nice bathroom. Outside enclosed patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last summer. Place could have been cleaner, really just the floors had a lot of dirt but counters and shower were clean which is what mattered most to us. No TV or Internet but that wasn't an issue for us.
