« Appart hôtel génial en général. Sur l’annonce sèche linge , sur place il n’y en n’avais pas . Les effets de nettoyage : 1 balais et une pelle. La terrasse n’étais pas propre du tout. Sinon c’était bien. L’emplacement et très bien … bus très proche moins d’une minute et métro pas très loin 5-8 min. »

"Très bel hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier Magnificent Mile. Nous avions la chance d'être au 21ème étage et de profiter de la vue sur Michigan Avenue. Endroit très propre. Ménage fait tous les jours. Chambres spacieuses. Literie très confortable. C'est dans cet hôtel que nous séjournerons si nous revenons un jours à Chicago."
