It was definitely dusty and noisy during work hours (8-5pm during the weekdays), but the staff was very nice. No one ever cleaned our room while we were there, but we didn't complain - I'm sure they would have done it if we asked. It should be very nice when the renovations are done next year!

Generally, a good hotel, however it shows its age a bit. They were in the middle of construction for renovation and that is good. It is in a great location for getting access to downtown. The staff working there was prompt, friendly, and professional.

Property was in the middle of remodeling, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The bagel breakfast was a bust because it blew a breaker. Someone says they couldn't find anyone to tell. The concept was nice with bagels. We were told Hilton had bought it so I'm sure there are changes on the way. Definitely will stay again next time we have a karate tournament.in Quincy.

We had stayed here in August for a family gathering and loved it. This time, they are in the process of renovations, so the big, hot breakfast was not available - only bagels and cold cereal. The exercise room was not available - but we could go across the street and use the one at another hotel. The beautiful Italian restaurant was closed. All of this would have been good to know before we booked our stay.
