Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 47 m² apartment for rent in Quimper, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 47 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 47 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more.  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 40 m² terrace, facing northeast, to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Quimper, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
