The pool was good and rooms were ok but the bathroom was in need of a update. Beach was all rocky . The female security person was very hostile. Glad we only stayed 2nights there are better options.

The rooms are spectacular, service is amazing, the restaurants and staff are of the highest quality. Better than other five diamond resorts in the bay. We will be back very soon. Concierge service, butler service, Mousai knows what they are doing.

Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.
