We had an amazing time in MuchoSur. We were two families with 4 small kids and we all had a blast. For those like me that wants to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature, this is the place to go. The service was incredible, we had breakfast and dinner everyday and totally enjoyed the delicious meals, although there isn't a kids menu, the menu is friendly enough for the little ones too. I 100% recomend this place. Ps/. There is a trail right behind the finca that you can take for a quick hike in the mornings. The place is a bit hidden and the road that leads to it is quite bumpy. Regardless, we managed to drive in and out of the place at any time day/night. It does get really dark late at night and all the lights at this place are off. When I went to rest, I found hair on the bed and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, along with another one crawling on the walls. They moved me to another room that was apparently meant for workers, but it had mold and cobwebs behind the bed, as shown in the photos. They hang bananas in the kitchen to attract birds, but all they bring are flies. The path to the waterfall is terrible — there are absolutely no safety measures. I only stayed two of the three nights I had booked. The road to this property is absolutely horrible; it is an unpaved road with zero lighting and holes, rocks, and all kinds of bumps. If you are going to stay at this hotel, make sure you arrive during the day, so you can see where and over what are you driving. It is a very unsafe road that could damge your car id you unknowingly driver over a large rock on into a hole.
