In the quiet area of the Beg Er Vil of Quiberon, charming 2-room apartment of about 24m² for 2 people just 400m from the Grande Plage of Quiberon.   
  
It consists of:  
\- an entry,  
\- a living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV,  
\- an equipped kitchen area (fridge, combined oven and microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle),  
\- a bedroom with a 140cm bed,  
\- a bathroom,  
\- Separate toilets.  
  
Free parking space in the residence. South facing balcony with garden furniture.  
Housing equipped with cover.  
  
Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of september 2026.  
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 60€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
