Charming house of 90 m2 with authentic character, ideal for 8 people. In the city center and a few minutes from the sea, it welcomes you for a simple and friendly stay.  
It includes:   
  
On the ground floor:   
\- A living room/lounge with two sofas, four armchairs, TV,   
\- An open and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),  
\- A veranda with table and chairs for 8 people,   
\- separate toilet,   
  
On the first floor:   
\- A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower, a sink and a large closet,   
\- A second bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage space,  
\- separate toilet,   
  
On the second floor:  
\- A room with 4 beds of 90cm,   
\- A bathroom with towel dryer.
