\-An open and equipped kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),   
\-A landing with bunk beds,   
\-A room with a bed of 140cm and storage,   
\-A bathroom with washing machine,   
Separate toilet.   
  
Two balconies facing south with landscaped views of the pool of the residence with their furniture complete this property. Private parking n°22 in the residence. Free access to tennis. Accommodation equipped with duvets.
