Ideally located near the city center and beaches, superb renovated 3 room apartment of about 35m 2 for 4 people. Tennis and swimming pool in the residence.   
  
It includes:   
  
\- An entrance with a bed of 140cm and storage,   
\- A living room/ lounge with sofa, table, chairs,   
\- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, induction hob 2 fires, hood, coffee maker, kettle),  
\- A bathroom with washing machine and toilet,   
  
On the first floor:  
  
\- A room with two beds of 90cm (approachable) and storage.   
  
A pleasant balcony with views of the pool and tennis court as well as its furniture completes this property. Accommodation equipped with duvets. Bike room in the basement of building A. Private parking n°51\.   
Pets accepted with supplement (5€ per day).   
  
Access to the private swimming pool of the residence from mid-June to mid-September.  
  
Consumptions package in addition (35€/week) except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.  
Optional: cleaning end of stay: 70 €. Linen rental, childcare equipment.
