Makes me feel fancy!
This is a very beautiful hotel that makes you feel like a very fancy person during the colonial period. I wish I could of had more time there. Highly recommended.

Nice and big bedroom. A bit of noise from the corridor as it is a old building but average OK. Wonderful area in downtown.

Amazing
Lovely hotel in the middle of Queretaro, this hotel has it all - Pool, Restaurant, Spa and amazing staff. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel.
Very nice hotel but we were woken up at 6.30am when the staff started to set up the Sunday buffet breakfast and they were VERY noisy so no chance to get back to sleep!!!!

Charming
The hotel is beautiful and it was perfect to come back to after work. The Wi-Fi was fantastic! I had 4 devices and the 4 of them worked fast there! Just being there felt very much like Queretaro, without having to leave. The food was excellent too. I look forward to stay there again in my next business trip.

Horrible service, waiters forgot food, full of bees in the pool area, no towels and waiters ask for tip all the time. At dinner 40% of menu was not available

This is one of the nicest facilities that I have stayed in and I travel a lot. Very nicely situated to be close to much of what you would want to do in Q.

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and an incredible spa. Great for a couple's getaway. 5-minute walk from the city historic center, which is great for sightseeing, dining and nightlife.

We had a few issues with the laundry, items that unfortunately we never recovered, Although to be fair we came back with a TON of dirty clothes from a long hike. Other than that, the room was nice, the people friendly and the facilities beautiful. Nice hotel to come to with your family..

Quiet oasis in the heart of Queretaro.
I normally stay at the Casona de la Republica. Tried this hotel for the first time. Once inside it is very secluded and quiet. Nice pool and courtyard which the rooms overlook. Nice restaurant on site with english menus. Something you don't always get at other hotels. No immediate church bells to wake you up like other parts of town. Great location in the historic district.

Beautiful hotel in historic district
Very well run hotel with beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and maintained in excellent condition. Rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Location in historic district makes for interesting walks in lock area. Highly recommended.

This was to be a romantic night for me and my girlfriend until we got our room . It had two double beds ! I will tell you this not romantic ! When talked to the front desk I was told that $250.00 a night room did not come with a king size bed but I could get a king size bed if I payed a extra $100.00 dollars . Please make sure you are not going to this hotel for a romantic night unless you wgat to break the bank for a bed !

It was very nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very mexican with a nice pool. The service was great as it usually is in Mexico. Food was good and room was big and nice. Oerall very nice hotel and in the center of downtown Queretaro so you can walk to many places.

Es una lástima !!!! Tienen un hotel excelente ubicación , bonito , decoración , acabados eh insumos de primera calidad pero el servicio y el trato es como de hotel de 1 estrella !!!!! Y el costo el muy alto para lo que ofrecen

Desde que pides información x teléfono para reservar las niñas que contestan son muy peladas al igual que al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista es una pelada. Te da tu llave y no te asigna un bell voy te hace jetas, en el restaurante los meseros no te atienden es más NI TE PELAN al igual que con el servicio en la alberca.
