Beautiful apartment located on pedestrian street in the best location in downtown w/ amazing private rooftop terrace.  
The apartment sleeps 2 people is fully equipped with private bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Walking distance to everywhere in downtown Queretaro.  
The place is clean quiet and full of design.

The Space:  
The space is an innovative place in the historical center of the city, the house has just been remodeled with the purpose of accommodating guests from all over the world.  
The apartment has a double size bed. Located on a pedestrian street, fully independent entrance.  
Its designed for two people, has a diner, living room, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. TOP location. Amazing private rooftop.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located on a pedestrian street, walking distance to all the plazas restaurants and cultural places. You wont get any noise from cars. Queretaro is protected by UNESCO heritage sites. The place is a real Mexican heiborghood.  
  
Getting Around:  
Walk everywhere in downtown.  
I will provide a map and directions to main plazas in downtown.  
Also provide if needed contact for tourist agency as well as the State Tourist Office nearby.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Given the central location of the house, you may hear some street noise during your stay. If you are a light sleeper you may want to pack earplugs.  
\- Parking in the historic center can be tricky, the location allows for everything to be within walking distance whenever possible.  
\- There is a dedicated desk/workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay.  
\- To preserve the colonial style the floor is original from the 1930s, it may be a bit stained from natural wear and tear.  
\- The terrace is technically private because the space is bounded by a fence rather than a wall, so you may be able to say hello to neighbors enjoying their rooftop.  
\- City cleaning crews pass in front of the property making noise, this is just part of city life, but something you must understand when staying anywhere in Centro.  
\- As seen in the photos, there are quite a few stairs.

#### Beautiful Centro Location

Great location in Centro. One bedroom apartment fully furnished kitchen, rooftop patio, AC unit in bedroom. Walk everywhere close to stores ( 3 bakeries, several sm markets, coffee shops, tons of restaurants. Queretaro is a beautiful city and planning on another visit this s year for 4-6 weeks.
